Borders to Close Fewer Stores

Borders has pulled six stores off of its fifty-one store closing list. Publishers Weekly has the news. Almost the first sign of progress in the struggling company's attempts to resolve its affairs. However, at the same time it has asked for a hearing to discuss the sale of the entire business, so they may be window dressing what they have for a prospective buyer.
