Superman has a Past

With Superman Returns now in the theaters, it's interesting to go to a tribute site that has a montage video of past versions of the character.  The written discussion is fun, too, with Superboy, Gerald Cristopher, first enthusiastically received as appropriate for the role of Superman—and then rejected because he had played the part before.
