The award-winning Spider Riders, an anime series for kids, begins a marathon broadcast on Kids WB at ten in the morning today. Animation Magazine has an article and a forum for the series, which represents top of the line popular entertainment, complete with Mattel spin-off toys, and an official web site that jitters and dances with things to see and do. Some idea of what the series is about can be gleaned from the description of the first and second books in the related series published by Newmarket Press. Book number three is on the way. There are hopes by all involved that the series will equal or best Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in popularity.
